At eFaxing LLC, we strive to provide reliable and efficient electronic faxing (“eFaxing”) services to our customers. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the cancellation of services and the refund process, in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Refundable or Cancellable Services
- Subscription-based services are cancellable, but refunds depend on eligibility (see Refund Policy).
- Pay-per-use services are non-cancellable once the faxing process has started.
1.2 Conditions for Refund/Return/Cancellation
- Cancellations for subscriptions must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
- One-time faxing services can only be canceled if the fax has not yet been processed.
1.3 How to Initiate Refund/Return/Cancellation

- Provide order details, payment proof, and reason for cancellation/refund.
1.4 Timeline for Processing
- Cancellation requests will be processed within 3-5 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
- Duplicate Charges: If a customer is mistakenly charged multiple times for the same service.
- Service Failures: If our service fails to deliver the fax due to a verified technical issue on our end.
- Unauthorized Transactions: If an unauthorized charge is proven with valid evidence.
2.2 Non-Refundable Cases
- If the user submits incorrect fax details leading to delivery failure.
- If the delay or failure is caused by the recipient’s fax machine or service provider.
- If the customer requests a refund after using the service successfully.
- If cancellation requests are made after the billing cycle has been renewed.
2.3 Refund Process
- Eligible refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
- Customers must provide transaction details, proof of payment, and a valid reason for the refund request.
- Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 10-15 business days via the original payment method.
3. Shipping/Delivery Policy
- Since our services are digital, there are no physical shipments.
- Fax delivery is typically completed instantly but may take up to 24 hours in some cases due to network issues.
- If a fax is not delivered within 24 hours, please contact support.
4. Dispute Resolution
If a customer is not satisfied with the resolution of a refund or cancellation request, they may escalate the issue by contacting our grievance officer at [email protected]. We are committed to resolving disputes in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
